This exhibition considered St. Louis from in its historic role as a locus of gathering and trade, and featured contemporary Indigneous printmakers. Organized with Indigenous curators heather ahtone (Chickasaw Nation) and Marwin Begaye (Navaho Nation).

Jen Lewin's interactive installation turned out to be an excellent and safe way to visitors to experience "Art in a New Light" when the pandemic hit during the opening of Oklahoma Contemporary's new building. 

The inaugural exhibition for Oklahoma Contemporary's new building, Bright Golden Haze featured 19 contemporary artists working at the intersection of light and place. 

New York-based artist Tatyana Fazlalizadeh returned to her home state to address the invisibility and complexity of Black presence, experience and history within Oklahoma. 

Speak to Me had at its conceptual center a film that Jeffrey produced at the Denver Art Museum about encounters between Native Americans and the Native objects stored in non-Native-led Museums. The theme was explored through many other media, including recent work in ceramics and of course his large scale beaded works. 

Melvin Edwards used his time in Oklahoma as a residency, experimenting with old ideas that had resurfaced during his recent preparations for a retrospective, and developing new works that emerged from the local Oklahoma City scrapyards. 

The exhibition explored customization in contemporary design, from the digital to the handmade.

Pathmakers looked at women working professionally in the arts at mid-century, and their impact on contemporary women artists.  Co-curated with Ezra Shales.

In Back to Eden,  varying perspectives on the Garden of Eden were examined through the work of 14 contemporary artists and 2 historical bibles. 

The fourth in a series of ambitious exhibitions organized by the Museum of Arts and Design in NYC aimed at documenting the history of American Craft, Crafting Modernism focused on the pivotal post-war era. Co-curated with Jeannine Falino.
